An exhibition space born from a partnership between two long-established companies. The Menabrea Brewery museum describes the beer production process, and retraces over 170 years of the oldest Italian brewery’s history, still working: a statement of great relevance, a symbol of history and passion nurtured, since 1846, by the Menabrea and Thedy families. Next door, Botalla House – the Cheese Museum, describes a dairy company’s life, which built a strong relationship with the territory since post-war. This is a discovery into the dairy tradition from Biella’s Alps, to comprehend its evolution and innovations until now.
