Fondazione FILA Museum was founded in Biella in 2010 by Gene Yoon, Chairman of FILA. Its principal focus is to preserve and promote the Brand’s history, from its local origins in Piedmont to its international success in the fields of activewear and sporty footwear.
Located in the core of Piedmont, Italy, the Foundation boasts an immersive museum itinerary, able to let visitors discover the evolution of the Brand: from the earliest factories at the beginning of the 20th century to the iconic outfits worn by the athletes, to the recent consecration on the most important catwalks in the world.
A real flagship is also the Foundation’s Archive, made of more than 200.000 items, both physical and digital. Clothing, shoes, accessories, videotapes, drawings, photographs: a wide, versatile catalog of objects that are treated with specific substances, thanks to which preservation is guaranteed.
With a constant planning of visits, events, partnerships and educational activities, Fondazione FILA Museum carries on its own Mission, with the aim to implement the business values that made FILA worldwide famous.
